    Emely earned a B.A in Psychology from University of UMASS Lowell in Lowell, MA. Emely completed her first Master's in Counseling Psychology from Anna Maria College in Paxton, MA. Additionally, she has earned a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, FL.

    Emely is passionate in helping young adults, and beyond, to navigate life’s different transitions and phases. She is dedicated to meeting her clients where they are, offering a client-centered approach that honors each individual journey and autonomy.

    Her practice focuses on trauma, promoting a balanced lifestyle, and breaking the stigma against mental health. As a practitioner trained in The Gottman Method level 1, Marriage & Family Counseling, mindfulness, AutPlay, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused CBT and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Emely integrates these techniques to support healing and personal growth.

    Ziomara earned a B.A in Sociology with a minor in Public Health from CUNY Lehman College, in the Bronx, New York. After relocating to Florida, she earned a Master's of Social Work (MSW) with a Clinical Concentration from the University of Central Florida.

    Ziomara is passionate in helping at-risk youth, teens, young children, and young adults discover their strengths and achieve their goals. With a deep understanding of the unique struggles faced by young people, and those in transitional phases of life, her approach is grounded in empathy and inclusivity. She is dedicated to meeting her clients where they are, offering a client-centered approach that honors each individual journey and autonomy. Her practice focuses on trauma, promoting a healthy lifestyle, body image issues and breaking the stigma against mental health.

    As a practitioner trained in mindfulness, AutPlay, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused CBT, Binge Eating, Chronic Dieting, Intuitive Eating and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Ziomara integrates these techniques to support healing and personal growth.

  • Hannah earned an B.A in Social Work from Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, FL. Additionally, Hannah completed her Master’s of Social Work (MSW) from Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL. 

    With over 7 years of experience working with youth, adults, and families, Hannah is deeply passionate about guiding individuals through their personal journeys toward healing and growth. 

    Hannah takes a holistic, client-focused approach, meeting you where you are, and walking alongside you in your journey to create meaningful change. Her practice focuses on promoting a balanced lifestyle, honoring your autonomy, and discovering your unique strengths to help you foster personal resilience and inner peace. 

    As a practitioner trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), AutPlay, mindfulness, Client Trauma and Resilience, and Human Trafficking Prevention and Intervention, and EMDR Hannah integrates these techniques to support healing and growth.

  • Latossya is a Master’s-level therapist with extensive experience providing individual counseling, couples counseling, and family therapy to adolescents and adults ages 14 and older. Her work is grounded in a client-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach, recognizing that each person’s story, culture, and goals are unique.

    Latossya utilizes evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care. Therapy with her is collaborative and practical as she will focus not only on understanding what you are experiencing, but also on developing skills you can use in everyday life to support emotional regulation, healthier relationships, and sustainable change.

    She brings years of experience working across outpatient therapy, crisis services, inpatient, and residential treatment settings, supporting individuals and families facing complex mental health and substance use challenges. Her background in crisis intervention, comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and coordinated care allows me to support clients through both periods of stability and times of acute stress. She obtained her Bachelor of Science from Florida State University majoring in Criminology with a minor in Psychology. She earned her Master of Social Work from Walden University.

    Clients often describe her as warm, grounding, honest, and supportive, while also being direct and goal focused. Latossya values cultural humility and strives to create an affirming environment where clients feel empowered, understood, and respected. You do not need to have everything figured out to begin therapy. Latossya believes that taking the first step is an act of strength and you do not have to take it alone. Therapy is not about being perfect it’s about creating space for growth, healing, and balance.

    Marcela Castañeda is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in the state of Florida, originally from Bogotá, Colombia. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Santo Tomás University in Bogotá and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Neuropsychology from San Buenaventura University in Bogotá. After relocating to the United States, she continued her clinical work providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families in Miami..

    Marcela is passionate about supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD-related challenges, behavioral difficulties, family conflict, and the emotional impact of migration. With a deep understanding of cultural identity, trauma related to relocation, and family adjustment, she offers a warm and inclusive space that honors each client’s story. She also provides specialized support for caregivers of loved ones living with dementia, helping them navigate communication, emotional coping, and the unique grief of the caregiving journey.

    Her therapeutic approach is holistic and neuro-informed. Marcela integrates her background in neuropsychology with psychotherapeutic models, combining brain-based insights with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), behavioral strategies, and parent–child coaching. She is committed to helping clients build resilience, strengthen emotional regulation, and better understand how the brain, behavior, and environment interact.

    Kineret Nickin is a dedicated and talented clinical psychotherapist who is passionate about helping individuals, families, and groups achieve emotional well-being and mental balance. She earned dual Master’s degrees in Marriage & Family Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and has extensive training in Substance Abuse and Addiction Counseling, Crisis Management, and Trauma Coaching.

    With over a decade of experience in both private practice and clinical organizations, Kineret approaches therapy with empathy, respect, and a deep commitment to evidence-based care. She works collaboratively with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique challenges, empowering them to create lasting change and self-awareness.

    As a practitioner trained in Motivational Interviewing, Addiction Assessment, CBT, and Trauma-Informed Care, Kineret integrates a holistic framework that honors the mind-body connection and supports clients through all stages of healing. Her approach emphasizes compassion, authenticity, and individualized support, ensuring that each person feels heard, valued, and understood.

    Kineret is deeply committed to fostering resilience, emotional growth, and empowerment—helping clients discover their strengths and build meaningful, fulfilling lives.

  • Daniel Antenor earned his Master’s in Social Work from Florida Gulf Coast University and brings over five years of experience in individual and family counseling as well as child welfare case management. He has supported clients through complex emotional challenges, relational dynamics, and significant life transitions.

    Daniel is deeply passionate about helping individuals and families recognize that healing is possible, particularly when approached through a holistic framework that honors the mind, body, and spirit. His therapeutic work is grounded in compassion, connection, and empowerment.

    Alongside traditional therapy, Daniel integrates his interest in herbalism and earth centered healing practices including gardening, sound therapy, and other integrative modalities. These approaches support clients in reconnecting with themselves, their environment, and their innate capacity for growth and restoration.

    Daniel understands what it feels like to be disconnected, overwhelmed, or uncertain about the path forward. He strives to create a supportive and grounded space for clients seeking emotional healing, balance, and renewal.
